The information below outlines the ways to get involved in your community if you are an Eastbourne Homes tenant. Lewes District Council tenants can find out more information on the Get involved in your neighbourhood page.
What is the Area Panel?
Area panels play an important role in shaping and developing the community, they are empowered to make decisions which affect the community and are made up of a group of local people, tenants and leaseholders who aim to improve the services that Eastbourne Homes provide and the area you live in. Eastbourne Homes staff provide support to the Panel.
All area panels meet along with Eastbourne Homes Caseworkers on a monthly basis. They aim to enhance our area environmentally and your area panel is here to help all residents of Eastbourne Homes with their problems or concerns. Residents' concerns are dealt with in complete confidence.
Want to suggest a project?
Use the online form to make your project suggestion, or you can contact the area panel directly to discuss your ideas, just select the area panel below to find out more and for contact information. Projects should benefit the residents and the community living in the area. Please note that area panels do not fund individuals.
