Club Premises licences

In order to supply alcohol, or to provide entertainment, or late night refreshment, you must have a licence from your local authority under the Licensing Act 2003.

This is an application for a club premises certificate. This allows clubs to use their premises for club activities.

Fees

The fee for applying for a Club Premises Certificate is based on the non-domestic rateable value (NDRV) of the premises. Details are listed in the Guidance Booklet.
