Designated premises supervisor

A personal licence holder must be specified as the designated premises supervisor (DPS) in every premises licensed for the sale of alcohol. This will normally be the person who has day-today responsibility for running the premises. 

This application is required if you want to change the DPS of your premises licence.

This application form is for Lewes District Council only.

Fee

The fee for changing or removing a DPS is £23.
