DogĀ breeding licences

The Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999 requires us to license you if you are a business that breeds dogs.

A business needs a licence if it produces five or more litters a year.

Licences are issued for a fee and is valid from 1 January to 31 December.

Fees

A dog breeding licence costs £145.

If a we perform a second inspection after works have been carried out there will be an additional cost.
