The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is the three-year work programme for producing planning policy documents. Once they have been prepared, the documents listed in the Local Development Scheme will provide the basis for considering future planning applications.
The Local Development Scheme shows:
- which documents we intend to prepare
- the timetable for their preparation
- when you can have your say on the contents of new planning policy documents
Lewes District Council approved a Revised Local Development Scheme with effect from 13 November 2017.
The Eastbourne Borough Council Local Development Scheme was adopted in February 2016.
