Tenant Incentive Scheme review
We are inviting feedback on proposed changes to our Tenant Incentive Scheme by Friday 22 September 2023 at 5pm.
Homes First offers financial support to council tenants wishing to downsize to help free-up larger family homes. This is called the 'Tenant Incentive Scheme'.
Under the scheme EHL and LDC tenants who give up larger accommodation or significantly adapted properties may be eligible for cash incentives and in some cases will be given a higher priority for re-housing in the allocations policy.
We have reviewed the scheme and are inviting comments on some proposed changes via this survey.
The survey gives an overview of the proposed changes, as well as a link to download the the draft policy in full.
