Join the food waste scheme

The food waste scheme is only available for Lewes District Council residents, and is currently not available to Eastbourne residents.

Covid-19 service announcement: delivery of food caddies expected in January 2021 has been delayed for up to five weeks by our supplier because of the impact of coronavirus. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We will provide an outside bin, kitchen caddy and the first roll of biodegradable and compostable bags. These should be delivered within two weeks.
