£270 fine following council investigation

A woman has been ordered to pay £270 after pleading guilty to breaching a noise abatement notice.

Eastbourne Borough Council served a notice on Miss Waters of Ceylon Place after undertaking an investigation. 

Miss Waters pleaded guilty to breaching the notice at Hastings Magistrates Court on 1st April 2019. 

She was fined £270 with legal costs of £555 and a victim surcharge of £30.
