My Account is a completely free online service that allows you to keep track of a wide range of council run services.
Why should I register for My Account?
Registering with us for My Account will allow you to:
- Report and track issues like missed bin collections, graffiti and fly tipping online
- Make applications, book and pay for services and track their progress online
- Retrieve forms you have saved and want to complete
- See all issues in your area marked on a map - because your account will remember your address
Remember, you will need to be signed in to report issues that relate directly to your own address. This is so we can pass the report to our contractors and also link the report to your account.
Can anyone register?
My Account is available to everyone, however currently residents and businesses in Lewes do not have access to all My Account features. If you live outside the Eastbourne and Lewes area, but own a business within the councils' boundaries, you can also sign up to My Account to report issues, make requests or make applications online.
Coming soon to My Account
My Account holders will soon be able to access other personal accounts with us online such as council tax, housing applications, tenancies, business rates and benefits claims.
This will require further verification steps, similar to online banking. Once accepted, your My Account will be upgraded.
