Homes First telephone surveys

Homes First are working with Acuity Research and Practice Ltd. to carry out a range of telephone surveys. 

The main survey takes place quarterly and it enables Homes First to improve services and meet our regulatory requirements. 

From April 2023, Homes First is required to report against a range of Tenant Satisfaction Measures by the Regulator of Social Housing which has a similar role to Ofsted’s work with schools. 

If you are Homes First tenant, you may be contacted by Acuity by telephone – if you are, the number displayed will be 01273 093939. 

If you are called from a different number, please hang up as it may be a scam.

We’re also working with Acuity to check tenant satisfaction with a range of specific services, including repairs. 

If you have recently had a repair completed, you may be contacted by Acuity to ask you questions about your experience. By answering these questions, you can help us to improve services for all tenants, so we would be grateful if you could give Acuity five minutes of your time if you receive a call.
