Minor variation to a premises licence or club premises licence

If you want to extend your licensing hours between the hours of 11pm and 7am or you want to increase the amount of time you would like to sell alcohol then you will need to apply for a major variation to your premises licence.

Minor variations usually fall into one of the following categories:

• Minor changes to the structure or the layout of the premises

• Small adjustments to your licensing hours

• Removing out of date, irrelevant or unenforceable conditions and the addition of volunteered conditions

• Adding licensable activities
