Our online form below covers pre-application advice for properties in both Lewes District and Eastbourne but not those in the South Downs National Park (SDNPA).

Before you start

You will need:

• a site/block plan
• an annotated sketch plan
• details of the project
• good quality site photos, ready to upload
• any useful supporting documents
• if a payment is required, a credit or debit card when submitting the application
