Planning application submitted

Address: Broyle Close, Ringmer, Lewes, BN85PL

What is there currently: 16 garages (numbers 11-26)

What are we proposing: 2 two-bedroom houses, three- storey houses

What would the parking arrangements be: 2 allocated parking bays per house, plus a visitor's bay, plus 4 unallocated parking bays

Project Information: The Broyle Close scheme consists of the demolition of 16 under-utilised garages into three high-quality, 3-bedroom homes being delivered via Lewes District Council's Modular Housing Framework with Boutique Modern.

The development will provide high performing specifications, including solar PV systems to generate electricity, which will ultimately reduce running costs for tenants.

The new properties will be allocated to those on the housing register.

Latest Update: April 2025
