Report graffiti and vandalism

Use our online form to report graffiti on streets in Eastbourne and the Lewes district. Or you can use our online Report It smartphone app to tell us about graffiti.

We only have the authority to clean up graffiti (illicit writing or drawings) in public or council-owned spaces. This means we cannot deal with graffiti on:

  • commercial or industrial property
  • private residential and Housing Association property
  • railways
  • watercourses

Online report form

Report graffiti

* = Must be filled in.

To help us find the graffiti you first need to fill in the name of the street where the issue is located.

Once you have filled in the street name, please use the Look up street button and select the street.

If you cannot find the street, search using an asterisk (*) before the street name.

It is important that you use the look up street button. This is to make sure that:

- You have the correct spelling

- The street is within our area

- Your report is matched with the correct street record in our system

This report will not submit unless you have done this.

We need to know if the graffiti is offensive. Graffiti is considered offensive if it contains:

- A political, racial or religious statement

- A personal insult or slur

- An explicit image

- A hate statement
