                                       - 20 shared ownership flats (in the converted pump house)  

A commercial unit is also planned in the pump house (use to be confirmed)

Boutique Modern, the main contractor for the site, entered administration in October 2025. Following a comprehensive due diligence process, the cross‑party project board agreed to formally terminate the contract and regain possession of the site. This also included the Council acquiring the site fencing and continuing the on‑site CCTV security arrangements.

Since the termination of the contract, the Council has been preparing the procurement process for a new contractor. A new tender advertisement was published on Friday 16 January, with the aim of resuming on‑site works in early summer 2026 (subject to updated pricing).

This webpage will be updated with timelines and further information once the tender process is complete.
