It's been a challenging few years for Eastbourne, with the covid pandemic, cost of living crisis and financial pressures both nationally and internationally impacting the borough. The next four years are our opportunity to respond to these challenges and help Eastbourne to strengthen, rebuild and grow.

Our Corporate Plan sets out our high-level ambitions for the coming years and forms the basis for our detailed work to achieve of these goals.

To help make sure our plan focusses on the things that matter most to local people, partners and businesses we want to know what you think of our draft plan.

The plan has four areas of focus:

  • High quality, responsive services
  • Housing and the cost-of-living crisis
  • Economic development and tourism
  • Sustainability and environment

The full draft plan is available to download below.
