Service Update: Self-service Portal

We are currently upgrading to a new customer portal. You will be unable to access your benefit claim or Housing Benefit payment details at this time. We are working to have the customer portal live very soon for all residents and Landlords.

Please note: If you are a landlord and need to access benefit payment information, a paper schedule will be sent to you in the post soon. The schedule will detail the payment you will receive on 15 January 2024 and the claims the payment is for. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you do not receive this schedule by 17 January 2024 please contact customerfirst@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk.
