An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Income Maximisation and Welfare team where we are looking to fill multiple roles within our department, focusing on:

Income (Council Tax/Business Rates)
Rents

You will Interact with customers across multiple channels to process customer requests and queries, deliver core processes efficiently and effectively and provide a continuously improving service to our customers.
The successful candidate will have current or recent experience in a customer contact area, will have experience in one of the areas listed above and have a good level of IT competency.
