If you own a business premises that you lease out to tenants, you must tell us if the occupants of your property change.
Complete our online form on the Citizen Access portal to send us the details of the changes.
Important: if the tenant is vacating, the tenant's name you provide must be an exact match with the name we hold on our records.

- Select the Business Rates tab
- Select "Landlords reporting a change of tenant from the options"
- Complete the online form
