The following condition 5 of planning permission LW/20/0555 has not been complied
with:


The buildings hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for
purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Hoods Croft.


Reason: To ensure that the use of the wider site remains as a single dwellinghouse
and to prevent other uses developing over time to a degree that could materially
affect the character of the area, highway safety and sustainability having regard to
CP11 and CP13 of Lewes District Local Plan Part 1 Joint Core Strategy 2010-2030,
DM1, DM25 and DM29 of Lewes District Local Plan Part 2 and the NPPF 2019.

Requirements of the notice

As the person responsible for the breach of condition 5 specified in paragraph 4 of
this notice, you are required to comply with the stated condition 5 by taking the
following steps:


Cease using the ancillary building known as 'The Barn' as a separate self-contained
unit of occupation.
