Apply for a full variation of a premises licence
Pre-application Advice for Licensing Act 2003
You need to apply for a full variation if you hold a premises licence and want to amend your licence. For example, to extend your licensing hours between 23:00 and 07:00 or if you want to increase the amount of time you sell alcohol.
Restrictions
You must be 18 or over to apply for a full variation of a premises licence.
Displaying your licence
Part A of the updated licence should be kept safely at the premises. Police or council officers can ask to inspect them at any time.
You must display the updated Part B, the licence summary, at your premises where it can be easily seen.
