Environment First are recruiting a permanent, Workshop HGV Technician to work at their Newhaven Depot to assist in the servicing and repairs of the council's fleet, to ensure that the council meets its operator's licence undertakings.
The Role will include, carrying out repairs to a mixed fleet of light and heavy commercial vehicles. Defect repairs, maintenance inspections, servicing, and pre-MOTs.
Applicants should have a level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent, and / or with previous experience of working in an HGV workshop environment.
A Class C HGV licence is desirable but not essential.
Schedule is Day Shift, Monday to Friday.
