Martyn's Law (Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025)

Businesses, event organisers and venue operators can find information and guidance on Martyn's Law through Protect UK. The legislation is designed to improve preparedness and protective security at certain public premises and events, helping organisations keep people safe in the event of a terrorist attack. There is an implementation period of at least 24 months from April 2025 before the act comes into force.
