Bus shelter improvements

Throughout 2026, we will be upgrading council-owned bus shelters across Lewes district and Eastbourne.

The new bus shelters will be:

More modern
More accessible
More sustainable
Cleaned more regularly
Repaired more quickly

Many of the shelters will include features such as digital advertising panels.
