Eastbourne Town Centre Local Plan
Eastbourne Borough Council adopted the Town Centre Local Plan on 20 November 2013.
The overall aim of the plan is to ensure Eastbourne's town centre remains a vibrant, attractive and welcoming place for the whole community with a strong mix of shopping, leisure and tourism attractions together with great places to live, work and relax.
