Help with user name, password and account activation problems when signing into My Account.

Login issues

There are four main reasons why you may not be able to login, they are:

  • Incorrect user name
  • Incorrect password
  • Your account has been blocked for security reasons (incorrect password entries)
  • You have not activated your account

I've forgotten my username, password or both

Your username is your registered email address. If you have forgotten this please call our customer advisers ready to answer your security question to find out your username.

We are unable to give out or reset passwords. You need to do this yourself via the forgotten password link.

You can reset your password by filling in your email address and you will also to know the answer to your security question. Please check your email junk box for it. Please ensure our email address is on your safe list: customerfirst@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk.

I still can't login
