Problems signing in to My Account

Help with user name, password and account activation problems when signing into My Account.

Problems signing in

Your username is your email address. If you try to sign in and see the message 'authentication failed', it usually means there's an issue with your username (which is your email address) or your password.

Reset your password

If you know your username, try resetting your password. It will send a PIN to your email address and then allow you to set a new password.

Create a new account

If you don't receive a PIN, it could be that you don't have a My Account registered against your email address. You should -create a new account.

If you create a new account and don't receive the PIN within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Email delivery times can sometimes vary, but if it's still not there after a little longer, please try creating the account again.
