Your housing rent can be paid in a variety of ways to suit your needs.
You can contact us to request an individual rent statement at any time.

Pay your rent to Lewes District Council

Pay rent by Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay. It is simple and easy to set up and saves you time.
Make regular payments by signing up to pay automatically by Direct Debit. You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly in advance. Monthly payments are requested on the 1st, 7th, 15th and 25th of every month.
Download and complete the Direct Debit instruction below and return it to: Housing Rents, Lewes District Council, 6 High Street, Lewes, BN7 2AD.
You can download a new Direct Debit form and fill it in with your new details and send it to us. Please write on the form if it is a change to a current Direct Debit.

If you are elderly, disabled or housebound and find it difficult to get out and pay your rent you may qualify to have it collected from your home.
