Project Information: The Broyle Close scheme consists of the demolition of 16 under-utilised garages into three high-quality, 3-bedroom homes being delivered via Lewes District Council's Modular Housing Framework with Boutique Modern.
The development will provide high performing specifications, including solar PV systems to generate electricity, which will ultimately reduce running costs for tenants.
The new properties will be allocated to those on the housing register.
Latest Update: August 2025
Works have been progressing well on-site with the drainage diversion and groundworks complete.
Modules are due to be delivered to the site later in August.

Following the demolition of the garages in December 2024, Boutique Modern has been progressing with the development of detailed designs. Works on site are scheduled to re-commence on 28th April 2025, initially to undertake drainage diversion and groundworks in preparation for the delivery of modules later in the year.
November 2024
Boutique Modern took possession of the site on 6th November 2024.
Garages are currently being emptied of general waste and will be vacant ready for demolition to commence in December 2024.
