Important update for council tenants

Due to a system error, our latest monthly Direct Debit rent collections for Eastbourne council tenants have not been taken. If you are a tenant, there is no need to cancel your Direct Debit and the next week’s rent collection will be collected as usual.

  •  A small number of customers have reported an error when registering for My Account or submitting an online form. We recommend clearing your browser cache and trying again later. In the meantime, we are investigating the issue.
